ROI

 ROI means a return on the work you have been putting in. It is why businesses do what they do. A lot of times, the beginning stages of any business, or anything resembling a business are difficult and uncomfortable. The main idea is that at some point there will be a return or a multiplication of value at some point. 

I used to think of this in terms of monetary value, but it got me thinking about what this has to do with things that do not have to do with this kind of thing, and what I mean by that is direct money. If you take things like tuition, church callings, and other volunteer things. 

I think that each of these things require an element of sacrifice. These sacrifices eventually lead to something great, and we can eventually reap a great reward. This is a reward that can not be bought, and is much more precious than money. It is a spiritual blessing that helps us grow. 

All things in business help me see the gospel more clearly.
